Withdrawal of GamerCoin (GHX) to an external wallet

Important: withdrawals to an external wallet can only be made from an account where two-factor verification (2FA) is enabled.

Start the withdrawal by clicking on the drop-down menu in the respective wallet and select "Send".

In the window that appears, there is an option to select the GamerHash wallet from which the withdrawal will be made. Then you need to provide the following details:

  • The address of the wallet to which the funds will be sent.
  • The withdrawal amount. This can be given in the chosen cryptocurrency or in USD, and the system will automatically convert it.

Keep in mind the minimum amounts that can be withdrawn. If the entered amount does not meet this requirement, an appropriate message will be displayed.

Once all the data has been entered, the final amount that will be sent to the designated wallet (minus the commission) will be displayed.

Under the button "Address list" you can define the addresses to which future payments will be made.

Remember that the address you provide should be appropriate for the cryptocurrency you are withdrawing, so for GamerCoin(GHX) it should be a wallet or address that supports Ethereum or BNB Chain.

It is possible to send GamerCoin directly to an exchange wallet. However, be sure to only do this for exchanges where GHX is available. These include: Bithumb, KuCoin.

Remember, even if an exchange supports the ERC-20 standard but GHX is not available on it, sending your tokens there may risk losing them. In this case you should contact the User Support of the exchange in question.
