Similarly to the legendary first entry in the series, Micro Machines: World Series enables the player to take control of a dozen of remote controlled vehicles. Among the vehicles there are exotic racing cars and trucks that create chaos on the track. The machines are equipped with varied weapons, including rocket launchers, grenade launchers, flamethrowers and machine guns. What arrests one’s attention are unusual locations of the races. They take place on pool tables, in workshops, in the backyards and on a kitchen table filled with obstacles like mugs, cutlery, plates and food. What’s interesting, the key to victory is to eliminate the opponents and to become familiar with the tracks – they are filled with numerous obstacles like an oil slick that can determine the outcome of the race.
