An account or some of its functionalities may be blocked or limited for a certain period of time and for specific reasons:
- five attempts to sign in with an incorrect password will result in blocking and another sign-in attempt may take place after 15 minutes
- incorrectly entered PIN during a payout or purchase will block the possibility of using PIN again for 24 hours and it is not possible to shorten it
- resetting two-factor verification on your account will make it impossible to make purchases in GamerHash Store and pay out funds to external wallets for two weeks
The above blocks are implemented automatically and are used to improve the security of an account. GamerHash team has no way of shortening the duration of blocking.
