In a situation where the User has correctly completed all objectives set in a quest and within 72 hours from the moment of completing a quest, it has not changed the status to Completed, you should report it to GamerHash team.
A request must be created in GamerHash system - https://gamerhash.zendesk.com/hc/pl/requests/new.
Provide the following data:
- Username,
- quest name,
- if a quest concerns a game – information whether the User has played the game for the first time when performing a quest,
- enclose a screenshot confirming the completion of a quest.
