Bitcoin withdrawal to an external wallet
Important: withdrawals to an external wallet can only be made from an account with two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
Start the withdrawal by clicking the drop-down menu in the wallet and selecting "Send". In the window that appears, choose the GamerHash wallet the withdrawal will be made from, then enter:
- the wallet address the funds will be sent to,
- the withdrawal amount — you can enter it in the cryptocurrency or in USD, and the system will convert it automatically.
Keep the minimum withdrawal amounts in mind. If the amount you enter does not meet them, you will see a message.
Once all the details are entered, you will see the final amount that will be sent to the wallet — less the fee.
Under the "Address list" button you can define the addresses you will withdraw to in the future.
The address must match the cryptocurrency being withdrawn — for Bitcoin it must be a Bitcoin wallet.
Note: BTC withdrawals are currently approved manually and subject to a transaction fee. See the article on changes to BTC withdrawals (MiCA) for details.
